CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted the driver accused of killing a three-year-old girl who died after being struck by a car while while eating outside with family members at a Beachwood restaurant.
The accident happened around 1:30 p.m. June 21 at City Barbeque at the Pavilion Shopping Center.
Jasmine McFadden, 18, of Euclid, was indicted on the charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and negligent assault. She will be arraigned on Aug. 12…
