Burlington’s planning and zoning commission has endorsed a request for high-density residential use on a 1.58-acre lot that situated near Ross Street’s intersection with Lower Hopedale Road.
This parcel, which belongs to North Carolina Welding, is currently zoned for a combination of medium and high-density residential activity. The requested change would leave high-density residential development as the only land use category allowed on the property.
