STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A new clothing outlet retailer is coming to the Staten Island Mall next year.
Gap Factory is slated to open at the New Springville shopping center during the second quarter of 2027, which could be any time from April through June, according to a representative for Staten Island Mall owner and operator GGP.
