WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – One of the teens charged after a fight broke out during a July 3 fireworks show at the Country Club of Landfall will be tried as an adult, the New Hanover County District Attorney’s Office confirmed Thursday.
The indictment for the 17-year-old was returned July 27. His name is not being released due to his age.
