SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — An 18-year-old was arrested after firing a shot at a victim over a disagreement Wednesday afternoon, Sioux Falls Police said.
David Voneye Jr, 18, of Sioux Falls, was taken to jail for multiple charges, including fleeing, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm.

Voneye is accused of shootting at a victim near 300 South Duluth Avenue and hit a nearby apartment window. The apartment was unoccupied.
