Ice cream lovers loyal to Jim’s Ice Cream have roughly three weeks to get the last of their favorite flavors.
Long-time Hillsboro community staple at the corner of 10th and Maple streets, Jim’s Ice Cream, will close indefinitely on Sunday, Aug. 23, according to owner Adrian Wakefield.
Customers can get their last scoops from the local shop from 4-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and noon to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday…
