Former Miami Springs Senior High School Principal, Rafael Villalobos, was unanimously selected by the School Board of Miami-Dade as the new superintendent for Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
Villalobos served as principal at Miami Springs Senior High from 2005 to 2010.
