SYRACUSE N.Y. — The Syracuse Fire Department responded to reports of an abandoned boat engulfed in flames tonight on East Laurel Street in Syracuse.
District Chief of Car Four, Jeremy Coughlin, said the fire burst out around 5:45 PM and shortly after spread into the neighboring house.
