OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — Oklahoma City is in the national spotlight as the National Governors Association holds its Summer Meeting Summit, with Gov. Kevin Stitt using the event to spotlight the state and prepare to hand over the gavel.
The red carpet was rolled out for more than a dozen governors attending the summit, where leaders are discussing immigration, energy, health care, education and artificial intelligence.
