Periods of showers and storms will be possible Saturday both during the morning through midday and again for late day and into the evening.
The late day and evening round of storms (approx 6pm-1am ET) could be severe. A Level 1 & 2 Risk locally with the main threats being damaging gusts and excessive runoff due to heavy downpours. The higher severe risks from Chattanooga and west and slightly lower risk farther east. But, all areas locally need to stay aware of the storm threats late Saturday and into Saturday Night…
