LUZERNE CO. (WOLF) — A man wanted on child sexual abuse charges and identified by Philadelphia police as a suspect in the fatal hit-and-run that killed a young motorcycle instructor has been arrested.
The Philadelphia Police Department announced that members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Derek Reid on Thursday in the 7200 block of Briar Road.
