According to a lawsuit filed July 2, 2026 and reported by Insurance Business America, a Littleton, Colorado homeowner says Liberty Mutual inspected his roof after a 2023 hailstorm, confirmed the damage was consistent with the storm — and still denied the claim.
The insurer’s own denial letter said it. Storm-consistent damage. Denied.
