Saturday, July 25, 2026 was an awesome wheels up day for drag racing at Lebanon Valley Dragway in West Lebanon, NY. As the traditional day of testing, the Northeast Old Drag Racer and MuscleCar Association (NODRAMA) and Central Mass Drag Racers (CMDR) took to the track as well as gamblers races in both electronics and non-electronics, tires were smokin’, engines were revving and the trophies were handed out.
In the No Box Gamblers (non-electronics) on the ¼ mile, Cody Dombroski of Spencer, MA took home the win when he defeated Geno Picozzi of Warwick, RI in the final round. Rob Ibbitson finished his day in the semi-finals.
In the Box Gamblers (electronics) on the ¼ mile, Amanda Langenback of Wynantskill, NY driving the dragster owned by Wendy Hansbury (that’s why the photo has Wendy on the side of it), defeated Jim Burns of Poughkeepsie, NY in the final.
