EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is reporting an in-custody death at the El Paso County Detention Facility in Downtown El Paso.
At about 2:40 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, detention officers discovered an “unresponsive inmate” during a routine physical check of the housing floor, the Sheriff’s Office said.
