Fortune 500 firm acquires Cincinnati company, plans headquarters move

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A mainstay company in Cincinnati’s business community, formerly one of the region’s largest private firms, will move its headquarters to Blue Ash following its acquisition in recent weeks by an industrial giant.

News surfaced July 14 Enerfab, a 125-year-old Spring Grove Village-based industrial contractor, one of the region’s largest and fastest-growing companies, had been purchased by an undisclosed buyer.
