OLDSMAR, Fla. — Oldsmar is moving closer to creating a walkable downtown after the Oldsmar City Council approved the essential terms of a proposed development agreement for 8 acres of city-owned land between Tampa Road, State Street and Washington Avenue.
At the end of July, the council approved the terms and asked the city attorney to draft a development agreement. There are 31 terms, and many of them the city says will protect its vision for the site.
