SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The woman accused of driving drunk and killing a three-year-old passenger in a crash early Friday morning was arraigned on 17 criminal charges early Sunday morning.
“This is not a crash,” said Chief Assistant District Attorney Frank Pelosi. “This is a homicide.”
