STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — In what translates into history in the making — and a major move to optimize local legal services — the Richmond County Surrogate’s Court has officially opened its new satellite court during a formal ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday on Staten Island’s South Shore.
Located at 225 Bricktown Way in the Charleston branch of the New York Public Library, the strategic expansion aims to make probate, estate administration, and guardianship services significantly more accessible and convenient for borough residents.
