(WFRV) – The Green Bay Blizzard are headed back to the Eastern Conference Championship after defeating the Orlando Pirates 73-59 in the opening round of the IFL playoffs.
The Blizzard, the top seed in the league, will host the Tulsa Oilers on Sunday, Aug. 9, at 3 p.m. with a berth in the IFL Championship Game on the line. Green Bay is seeking its second straight trip to the title game after falling just short of a championship last season.
