In the eight years Jordan Zornes has lived on the intersection of McKinley Avenue and Division Lane in Tacoma, he’s had two parked cars totalled by speeding vehicles and witnessed four crashes. His car insurance has nearly doubled in cost.
Every day he hears a cacophony of revved engines as cars speed down McKinley Avenue, sometimes doing doughnuts at night.
