ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — A man News 13 Investigates has followed for years was back in Buncombe County court Monday following his latest arrest.
Bruce Antonio Haddock had his first appearance Monday morning after Asheville police arrested him Friday, July 31. Haddock is charged with assault on a female.
