SOLON, Ohio (WJW) — Solon police on Thursday, July 30, arrested a 19-year-old Salem man accused of recording an explicit video of a Solon woman without her consent then sharing it with another person.
The woman told police the video was recorded in 2025, according to a Monday, Aug. 3, report from police. She then learned the man, identified as 19-year-old Jace Dumoulin, of Salem, had shared the video with another person last month.

Police on Tuesday, July 28, charged Dumoulin with a fifth-degree felony count of dissemination of image of another person, but they didn’t find him until two days later, according to the report.
A Solon City Schools employee on Thursday, July 30, called police to report the driver of a vehicle — later identified as Dumoulin — had been speeding through the high school parking lot “doing ‘donuts’” and crashed into a tree stump on the property, according to the report…
