LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Citibus will launch Phase One of its approved 5-Year Service Plan on Monday, Sept. 28, introducing one new route and three redesigned routes across the city. The plan was adopted in November 2024.
The changes are designed to improve connections to neighborhoods, jobs, schools, healthcare and shopping.
New and redesigned routes
Route 205 (Pink) is a new route extending from North Indiana through Texas Tech University and Covenant to South Quaker and 122nd Street, expanding service to South Lubbock.
