FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A local children’s center is celebrating its move to a larger location, a decision made in hopes of reaching more families.
The Dr. Bill Lewis Center for Children was previously housed at 500 West Main Street and has relocated to 1900 Carew Street, Suite 3, behind Parkview Hospital Randalia.
The children’s center serves nine northeast Indiana counties and is the first to respond when a child reports abuse or neglect and other serious issues, serving as a liaison for child victims between law enforcement and prosecution, reaching nearly 900 victim interviews in 2025.
