SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — A large law enforcement presence was seen on East 17th Street and Cloudas Avenue, near Cleveland Elementary in Sioux Falls, at about 3:20 p.m. Monday.
Law enforcement starting leaving the scene at about 3:45 p.m.
