BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield City School District Board of Education is set to meet Tuesday and consider a proposed policy that would define guidelines and limits on how district employees should behave while interacting with students.
The BCSD Board of Education’s agenda for the regular meeting Aug. 4 includes a first reading for a proposed addition to board policies. The proposed section is titled “Maintaining Appropriate Adult-Student Interactions.”

It is expected to be up for formal adoption at the September Board meeting.
