BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A small portion of northbound Interstate 5 near Grapevine Road was briefly closed as crews worked to extinguish a semi-truck on fire Tuesday morning.
The CHP’s website said it happened at around 9:30 a.m. on northbound Interstate 5 north of Grapevine Road.
The website said the driver was out of the vehicle. The semi-truck was reported to be fully engulfed.
