Beachwood resident Joshua Yanowitz was sentenced to 72 months at the Lorain Correctional Institutional in Grafton with no parole for felony voyeurism in Lake County Court of Common Pleas on Aug. 3.
The 33-year-old was arrested and charged with fifth-degree felony voyeurism after he used his cellphone to film an 11-year-old boy using the urinal at Great Lakes Mall in Mentor on Dec. 30, 2025.
Yanowitz pleaded guilty in May to two counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person and three counts of voyeurism. He will also be required to register as an offender of a sexually oriented offense for 25 years, according to the Lake County Court of Common Pleas…
