South Dakota State Penitentiary Warden Joseph Roemmich is no longer employed by the South Dakota Department of Corrections, according to DOC spokesperson Michael Winder.
Jameson Annex Warden Tabatha Benting has been appointed interim warden of the penitentiary.
Winder did not state a reason for the change…
