Harrisburg police are searching for a 23-year-old man wanted on multiple felony charges following an investigation into a sexual assault that allegedly took place in 2021. According to Daily Voice, Keeno Nyric Rosado faces charges of sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and indecent assault. He has not been apprehended.
The case dates to March 2026, when a woman, now 20 years old, came forward to report an incident she says occurred when she was 15. At the time, she and her family were living at the Howard Johnson on Eisenhower Boulevard in Swatara Township. Rosado, who was then in a relationship with the victim’s older sister, was also staying at the property.
What Investigators Say Happened
According to an affidavit of probable cause obtained by Daily Voice, Rosado offered to let the then-15-year-old drive his vehicle. While the two were alone inside, he allegedly encouraged her to move to the driver’s seat before reaching under her shirt and grabbing her without consent. She froze. The victim told detectives she did not know how to react.
She also told investigators that, looking back on the period they spent living together at the hotel, she came to believe Rosado had repeatedly and deliberately pressed himself against her during that time.
Rosado Admitted the Vehicle Incident, Police Say
