PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man was arrested on driving charges after a motor vehicle stop on John Partington Highway.
Dominic Costa, 25, of Providence, was taken into custody at 4:16 p.m. for driving with a suspended license – special circumstances and driving with a suspended license – fourth or subsequent offense.
