Step Brothers actor John C. Reilly recently dropped in for an unexpected late-night performance at a dive bar in the Boston area.
According to a Boston.com report, the performer, who has been nominated for an Emmy, GRAMMY, Oscar, and Tony, took the stage on Thursday, July 30, at Tavern at the End of the World. The Irish pub occupies a quaint corner of Charlestown between Sullivan Square and the Somerville border.
Local musician Jimmy Trapella recounted that he and his band, Bosstown Heavy, were performing at the bar on Thursday. Reilly, who was at the bar with a friend, joined the group to sing a few songs, including “54-46 (That’s My Number)” by Toots and the Maytals…
