Fort Lauderdale-based W D Cordova LLC has plans for an affordable housing development in its home city.
Terrasse is slated to comprise three towers: two 36-story towers and a 19-story tower. Combined, the trio would feature 765 residences, ranging from studio to four-bedroom units.
Of the 765 planned units, 459 would be market-rate apartments, while the remaining 306 would be deemed workforce housing. Workforce units would be limited to studio and one-bedroom units, while the market-rate units would be studios or one-, three-, or four-bedroom floorplans…
