First responders in Lancaster County Wednesday night were dispatched to an intersection after a car crashed into a pond, according to 911 dispatchers and a witness at the scene.
At about 8:50 p.m., police and EMS crews were sent to Oregon Pike and Valleybrook Drive in Manheim Township for a car in a pond.
One person was trying to get out of the car after it plunged into the pond, dispatchers said.
