The West Orange Police Department promoted four officers Tuesday, including the first woman to attain the rank of sergeant in the department’s history.
During a promotion ceremony at West Orange Town Hall, Sgt. Sebastian de Leon was promoted to lieutenant, while officers Lawrence Dominguez, Noah Herskovitz and Karen Mango were promoted to sergeant.
