With Rockford getting ready to welcome a new mayor, it got us thinking about public-facing jobs. Whether it’s fair or not, being the mayor means hearing plenty of complaints. Every decision is scrutinized, and everyone seems to have advice on how you can do the job better.
But the mayor certainly isn’t the only person whose job comes with a lot of criticism.
