BELMONT COUNTY, OH (WTRF) — A traffic stop in St. Clairsville led to the arrest of a Cleveland man and the seizure of suspected drugs following a months-long investigation, according to the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office.
The stop was conducted Tuesday on Mall Road by detectives with the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction Unit and the Ohio Organized Crime Investigation Commission.
Authorities arrested 36-year-old Donald Daniels of Cleveland.
