WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A former Budget/Avis rental car employee is accused of using the company’s gasoline pumps to fill up his personal vehicle, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
PBSO says that Terrique Edwards, 19, is a former employee of the Budget/Avis rental car establishment located at 2005 Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach. On Tuesday, the manager of the rental car location contacted PBSO deputies about a theft investigation.
The manager told officers that Edwards has been continuously returning to the location to fill up his personal vehicles with the company’s gasoline without the permission or authority to do so…
