SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Three people were hurt after a small fire started at the Oahe Dam Powerhouse Wednesday afternoon.
It happened while contractors were inside working. A spokesperson for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says one person was taken to a local hospital.
