DORCHESTER — A Boston man was charged with murder after he and his friends turned him in, stating he “made a bad decision.”
Billy T. Huynh, 23, a city resident, was arraigned in the Dorchester Division of the Boston Municipal Court Thursday afternoon in connection with a fatal shooting near Franklin Park Wednesday morning. Huynh pled not guilty and was represented by defense attorney Jessica Tripp.
Police responded to a report of a shooting at a Dorchester apartment on Blue Hill Avenue at around 10 a.m. Wednesday.
