Arraignment for man accused in deadly shooting at Cleveland Heights convenience store

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The man accused of fatally shooting a 19-year-old outside of a convenience store in July, was arraigned in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Friday.

Collin Funches pleaded not guilty to the charges of aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, and tampering with evidence.

The judge ordered Funches held on a $1 million bond and scheduled his pre-trial for Aug. 17…
