AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Mazda of Amarillo is helping give back to the community through their special Backpack giveaway event happening Saturday, Aug. 8.
Our friend Taylor Burget joined us in the studio to talk about the giveaway, how you can participate, and the impact they hope to have in the community though this event.
This special End of Summer event is happening Saturday, Aug. 8 at the Mazda of Amarillo Parking lot. You can park at the Loft Church parking lot and then walk over to the Mazda parking lot. Everything kicks off at 10 a.m. with the giveaway of 1,000 backpacks for kids in our community. 5 barbers will also be available to give kids a fresh back to school haircut.
