CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — Caldwell mayor Eric Phillips addressed the residents of Caldwell in his first State of the City address today. Now eight months into his first term. At the front of his mind was city growth and fire districts.
Phillips has said he’s been a proponent of commercial growth in the City of Caldwell, wanting to bring more jobs to the area. With new jobs however, comes the need to house the people filling those jobs.
