CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A section of Little Rock Road has a new name near Charlotte Douglas International.
Airport officials renamed the fourth-tenths-of-a-mile section of Little Rock Road between Interstate 85 and Wilkinson Boulevard to North Josh Birmingham Parkway.
“The change is part of the airport’s effort to create a more cohesive passenger experience by providing travelers with a single, consistently named roadway from the interstate exit to the airport campus,” a CLT spokesperson said.
