Cows stuck in water, areas flooded after storm dumps heavy rain in Lancaster County

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A storm brought heavy rain to different central Pennsylvania areas and caused flooding in Lancaster County.

An abc27 News photographer captured part of a road and grassy areas in the East Hempfield area, near Ye Old Mill Road, that are flooded.

Cows that look to be surrounded by a fence are also standing in water that goes halfway up their legs.

Reports of flooding, a few water rescues, and wind damage were made throughout Lancaster County after the storm hit Friday afternoon…
