LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Crews are working to rescue at least one person from a car that became stuck in flood waters Friday evening, according to emergency dispatchers.
The incident was reported around 5:21 p.m. on Shreiner Station Road in East Hempfield Township.
