TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes is calling for sanctions against a Tucson mobile home park.
Mayes is accusing the owners and operators of Redwood mobile home park of failing to comply with court-mandated safety testing of its electrical systems.
The attorney general filed a consumer fraud lawsuit in September 2025 accusing Redwood Thunderbird MHPS, LLC, and BoaVida Communities, LLC of failing to inform residents the electrical system was “dangerous, unreliable, and overloaded, causing frequent electrical outages during the hottest times of the year.”…
