DRIVERS breaking a key parking rule are getting more than just parking tickets in the return of a policy that has been banned for over a decade.
In addition to a $65 fine, drivers must either wear a bright green badge of shame or spend time cleaning sticker glue off their car windows.
The stickers were brought back after the New York City Council passed legislation in June that became law after Mayor Zohran Mamdani didn’t sign or veto it within 30 days of its passing.
