A local park will host a program this weekend to teach local residents about the role of turtles and tortoises in Ocala and Marion County ecosystems.
S. Stanley Malever Nature Park will host the Turtles and Tortoises of Florida program on Saturday, August 8, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. The park is located at 1600 SE 30th Avenue in Ocala.
