On one recent humid afternoon, a mild wind blew hundreds of yellow willow tree leaves to the ground — an interesting sight, as they flew around the yard.
It’s now early August and this will happen to all kinds of tree leaves as the month wears on.
By the end of this month, as trees and shrubs begin losing some of their foliage, I’ll once again be able to see at least some of the vehicles passing by on the road in front of the house.
